- 1 Tbsp Wegmans Organic Refined Coconut Oil
- 1 container (11 oz) Wegmans Organic Baby Kale Greens
- salt and pepper to taste
- Heat coconut oil in pan on MED, until oil melts and faintly smokes. Add kale; cook, stirring constantly, 2-3 min, until slightly wilted and stems are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with Italian Classics Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano (Cheese Shop).
